Working With Us

Face to face meetings are an integral part of the advising process. While technology such as Skype and other video services allow us to hold virtual face-to-face meetings and are excellent communication tools, we can most effectively advise our clients when we are able to have at least a few in person sessions. We then complement these sessions with extensive telephone and email dialogue, as well as video services. We can successfully provide certain services, such as resume and cover letter reviews, via email and phone conversations; whereas other services, such as assisting with self assessment and defining a job search strategy, require in person meetings for us to truly get to know you.

Early Career Launch professionals are located in Fairfield County, CT in close proximity to New York City and the greater tri-state area. Within this area, we can arrange meetings with our clients at our offices, as well as at several other locations, at our clients’ convenience. Outside of this geographic area, we are happy to discuss alternate arrangements, such as periodic meetings in other locations.

We begin our work together with a new client with a complimentary 30 minute phone conversation, following the receipt of some brief client background information (please see the Contact Us section). During this conversation, we will talk in some detail about your career development thus far and your objectives going forward. We then develop a suggested course of action to best meet your needs.
