About Us

Early Career Launch was founded in 2010 after its three professionals met as Senior Associate Directors in the Career Development Office of Yale School of Management. Recognizing the value added provided in one on one career mentoring to MBA candidates and the demand for such services, Mary Bloomer, Founder, concluded that an equally intensive approach would provide value to current or recently graduated undergraduates.
